Drop-off Instructions
2. Please drop your device during drop-off hours only.
3. At the location, if you need assistance, call 204-808-6518
4. At the location, Place and seal your device inside the provided envelope.
5. Write down your name, phone number or ticket number.
6. Place your device inside the drop-box.
7. Send us an email or reply to the ticket you’ve created confirming you’ve dropped off your device.
All devices will be collected, repacked and shipped to our lab in Richmond Hill, Ontario, the next day.
